I’m Lisa RO Ross and I have been a State Farm Insurance Agent since 2000. I have two locations across Arizona; Surprise and Buckeye. At all locations, you will find my team of skilled and trained insurance professionals providing comprehensive coverage reviews and outstanding service. I believe that ongoing training and team development are necessary to be an insurance office in Arizona.

Before starting my agency, I graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Child Psychology and a minor in Speech & Hearing Science. I worked on the State Farm Catastrophe Team for several years and I witnessed first hand the devastation and loss which can occur from storms like hurricanes, tornado's, forest fires etc. This experience inspired my passion to have comprehensive insurance reviews, helping protect what matters most.

On a personal note, I grew up in Owatonna, MN. I love those MN summers! I enjoy traveling the world and experiencing different cultures. I also love flowers, fashion, design and anything outside! I keep an upbeat attitude: I think you’ll enjoy working with my team because my team and I love what we do and maintain a positive and happy culture!

The Ross teams hard work, dedication, and community support allowed my office to be recognized for meeting customer needs. I couldn’t have done this without the support of my family, team, and community!
