"Absolutely do not recommend having car/homeowners insurance through State Farm. On July 29th I opened up a claim. My toilet had an ongoing leak, which caused wood rot & damage to my bathroom floor. A restoration company came to my home to gut out my floor and also because my house is two story, they had to cut a hole in the ceiling of my washroom which is underneath bathroom. The adjuster Kenneth Bayless State Farm assigned to my claim, has done nothing to confirm whether they will pay to repair my bathroom and the huge hole in my washroom wall. Again this claim began July 29th and here we are at October 6th, with no solutions. Funny thing is, they won’t do their job but consistently send me reminders to pay my insurance bill. I will be canceling my policy with them."
