I’m Lisa Ross and I have been a State Farm Insurance Agent since 2000. I opened my legacy office in Surprise, Arizona and grew my business to be one of the top agencies at State Farm! I couldn’t have done this without the support of my family, team, and community!

Our family business has three locations across Arizona; our legacy office is in Surprise and two additional locations are in Buckeye and Chandler Arizona. At all locations, you will find our team of highly skilled and trained insurance professionals providing comprehensive coverage reviews and outstanding service. We believe that ongoing training and team development are necessary to be the premier insurance agency in Arizona.

Before starting my agency, I graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Child Psychology. I also graduated with a minor in Speech & Hearing Science. I worked on the State Farm Catastrophe Team for several years and I witnessed the devastation and loss which can occur with natural disasters. This experience inspired my passion to make sure my customers have the right coverages and services in place.

I grew up in Owatonna, MN and I love to travel and experience different cultures. I also love being outside, flowers, fashion and design! I keep an upbeat attitude: I think you’ll enjoy working with my team because we love what we do and maintain a positive and happy culture!
